Treat sun damage and signs of aging for fresher, younger-looking skin with MOXI laser skin rejuvenation in Houston, TX. This gentle, quick-recovery laser treatment is a go-to for “prejuvenation,” keeping your complexion as healthy as possible for as long as possible.
What Is MOXI?
MOXI is a gentle, nonablative fractional laser treatment that is safe for all skin types, year-round. It heats tiny columns in the skin to stimulate collagen production, making it ideal for treating mild instances of:
- Sun damage
- Uneven pigmentation
- Rough texture and tone
MOXI is a great introduction to laser treatments for those with mild concerns who want to preserve a fresh look and prevent further damage. It’s also helpful for maintaining results between other laser treatments, such as BBL™/IPL or Halo™.

What Is a MOXI Treatment Like?
MOXI treatments are quick, typically only taking around 30 minutes. During the procedure, your provider will roll the device’s tip across your skin, and you’ll feel what most people describe as prickly heat. Because the treatment is so gentle, most people don’t require any topical numbing.
What is Recovery Like After a MOXI Treatment?
MOXI requires very little downtime. Your skin will appear pink and warm, similar to a sunburn, for the rest of the day. Over the next few days, you’ll experience some roughness or sandiness as the treated skin cells slough away. After that, you’ll be left with a fresher, healthier complexion.
How Many Moxi Treatments Will I Need?
We often recommend an initial round of 3 to 4 sessions, each spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart. After that, you may choose to maintain your results with touch-up treatments once or twice a year.Back to Top
