The Consultation Process

Phone Call or Online Request

Our medical aesthetics consultation process begins with your phone call or online request to schedule an appointment to meet with one of our staff members.

$50 Hold fee

We have a $50 fee to hold your consultation time on our schedule. The fee will be charged to your credit card when making your appointment. We will apply the $50 to any purchase you make on the day of your consultation.

Before you arrive for your scheduled consultation, please complete a client profile so we can better understand your treatment goals and medical history.

Your First Visit

At Ovation Med Spa, we schedule your initial visit for one-hour with one of our aesthetic professionals. It is the first step to achieving your skin and body care goals!

On your first visit to Ovation Med Spa, we...

Offer a thorough history of our clinic, our staff, and treatments.

Educate you about your skin and body condition.

Ask you about your concerns.

Present an individualized evaluation and photo analysis of your skin.

Review before-and-after photos from clients who have received the services we offer.

Provide a comprehensive long-term treatment plan, including products and services.

A Broad array of treatment options

Ovation Med Spa has one of the broadest arrays of treatment options in the aesthetics industry.

We will help you discover which option or combination therapy(s) would be the most beneficial for you based on your cosmetic interests, budget, desire for non-surgical treatments, specific anatomy, and projected recovery time.

At the end of the session, we will review the costs for the treatment options we discussed, decide on a payment option, and schedule your first treatment.

Please note, payment is required in order to secure a time on the schedule for your first treatment.

for first-time patients

Do I have to pay for my first consultation?
There is a required $50 fee when holding a consultation appointment on our schedule. After your consultation is complete and your first treatments are on the books, this $50 will be applied to the cost of your first treatment session. 
Will I be getting a treatment during my first appointment?
For all patients, the very first appointment is consultation only, so you will not be receiving a treatment during this time. The purpose of the consultation is to clearly outline your goals and build a custom treatment plan to meet your long-term goals.
How long will my consultation take?
All consultation appointments are scheduled for one hour, although it may not take the full time.
Do I need a separate consultation for each treatment I want?
During your consultation, your provider will work to address all of your aesthetic concerns. With the largest array of FDA-approved treatments in the Houston area, we can create a comprehensive treatment plan that includes multiple different treatments that help you meet your goals.
