What is the Forever young beauty bank membership?
Forever young beauty bank is a beauty membership program offered only at Ovation Med Spa. Members receive special perks and exclusive member-only pricing on our most popular treatments. It is a great way to invest in yourself without blowing your beauty budget. As a member, you will have access to the lowest prices on treatments for skin, body, and sexual health, as well as laser hair removal at Ovation Med Spa. The program is designed to help you achieve your aesthetic goals by giving you the ability to prepay for treatments and products you want and need in monthly installments. In other words, it is a beauty bank. Every dollar you put in is applied toward your purchases – there are no added fees.
How much does it cost to be a Beauty Bank member?
Members pay a one-time nonrefundable $50 sign-up fee plus a monthly membership fee of $299. The membership fee is auto drafted each month from your credit card we have securely saved on file. There are no hidden fees. The entire monthly payment is applied to your account as a credit for you to use towards any of our services and products you want – when you want them.
Can I combine my member discounts with other promotions and monthly specials?
By enrolling in our Beauty Bank membership program, you always have access to exclusive member-only pricing and discounts on our most popular treatments. Therefore, you don’t have to wait for a special offer or monthly promotion to receive a treatment or product you want at a great price. Membership discounts are applied to the regular retail price and may not be combined with Ovation Med Spa monthly promotions on treatments, skincare products or other retail items. However, the membership program is designed to ensure members always receive the best price. Occasionally, there may be a special offer or promotion that exceeds the membership discount. In this case, the member may choose to waive the membership discount to take advantage of the additional savings, however you can still use banked funds to purchase a special promotion.
Will I lose the Beauty Bank payment if I don’t use it each month?
No, the monthly beauty bank payment is yours to use when you want. Any portion of the monthly payment not used to purchase services and products is banked for you to use later.
What if my treatment cost more than the amount I have banked in my account?
Monthly payments you have banked and membership pricing are automatically applied at check-out. If you have not banked enough funds to cover the full amount, you simply pay the difference.
What is the Forever Young Maintenance Membership
This is a great program for patients who want to maintain glowing skin with a monthly Diamond Glow or HydraFacial appointment. This option is different than the Beauty Bank memberships in that your session must be used each calendar month. Your monthly appointment is not able to be banked or transferred.
Can I freeze my membership?
Members are allowed to freeze their membership at any time for up to 60-days within a calendar year due to illness, injury, family death, and travel. Members are required to provide written notice of their request to freeze their membership at least 48-hours in advance. While a membership is frozen, the member is not required to pay the monthly membership fee. Any funds the member has banked may be used towards purchases during the freeze-period, however the member will not receive membership benefits or discounts. For additional information or to freeze your membership, please refer to the membership agreement or contact our office.
What if I need to cancel?
Upon enrollment, the membership is a 12-month term. After the initial 12-month term, the membership will renew for another 12-month term. Enrollment may be cancelled for any reason after the each 12-month term has ended without penalties. An early cancellation fee of $250 plus member discounts received will be charged for memberships cancelled prior to a 12-month term ending. Members are required to provide a written request to cancel their membership at least 30-days in advance. After a membership is cancelled, the member is no longer charged the monthly membership fee. Any funds the member has banked can be used towards purchases for 90 days after the membership is cancelled, however the member will not receive membership benefits or discounts.
