What happens during the consultation?+

Is there a cost for the consultation?+
There is a $50 consultation deposit that is fully applied toward your first treatment. If you proceed with any treatment, the consultation is essentially free.
Are consultations confidential?+
Completely. All consultations take place in private rooms. Your information is protected by HIPAA regulations and our strict privacy policies. We understand the sensitive nature of many of our treatments.
How long does a consultation take?+
Your consultation is a full one-hour appointment. We want to give you enough time to ask questions and understand your options without feeling rushed.
Can I get treated the same day?+
In many cases, yes — certain treatments can be performed immediately following your consultation. However, there's never any pressure. Many clients prefer to take their treatment plan home and schedule their first session at a later date.
Where exactly is Ovation, and is parking discreet?+
We’re at 4801 Woodway Drive, Suite 150W — in the Uptown/Galleria area, just off the 610 Loop. Covered parking leads directly into the building. There’s no shared waiting room, and you won’t pass through any retail or public areas. Clients drive from River Oaks, Tanglewood, Memorial, West University, Bellaire, the Energy Corridor, Sugar Land, Katy, and The Woodlands.
