Why These Three Treatments
Work Better Together
ED is a multi-system problem. It involves blood vessels, pelvic muscles, and tissue health. The Trifecta addresses all three — and each treatment primes the body for the next. It’s why men from River Oaks, the Energy Corridor, and as far as The Woodlands drive past single-treatment clinics to Ovation’s Woodway Drive office.
GainsWave®
Low-intensity shockwave therapy breaks up micro-plaque in penile blood vessels and triggers angiogenesis — the growth of new blood vessels. If your body is a sports car, GainsWave is unclogging the fuel lines and building new highways for blood to travel.
- Breaks down vascular micro-plaque
- Stimulates new blood vessel growth
- Activates dormant stem cells in tissue
- Improves nitric oxide response
Emsella®
HIFEM technology delivers 11,000 supramaximal pelvic floor contractions — strengthening the muscles that trap blood in the penis during erection. Getting blood in is only half the equation. Emsella ensures your muscles are strong enough to keep it there.
- Strengthens erection-supporting muscles
- Improves erection rigidity and duration
- Enhances ejaculatory control
- Reduces urinary symptoms
P-Shot 100®
100 units of neurotoxin relax smooth muscle and "unclamp" the vascular system, then exosomes flood in to regenerate tissue, nerves, and blood vessels. The relaxed environment allows exosomes to penetrate deeper and saturate more effectively.
- 100 units of neurotoxin relax smooth muscle
- Exosomes regenerate tissue in relaxed environment
- Reverses shrinkage and turtling
- Enhances the new vessels GainsWave created
1 + 1 + 1 = 5
Here's why the combination is greater than the sum of its parts: GainsWave opens new blood vessels, then the P-Shot 100 delivers exosomes that supercharge those new vessels while its neurotoxin component relaxes smooth muscle for immediate blood flow improvement. Meanwhile, Emsella strengthens the muscles that trap blood in the newly vascularized tissue — so you get more blood flowing in, more regeneration happening, and stronger muscles keeping it there. Each treatment makes the other two more effective.
The ED Trifecta Treatment Plan
Your provider will customize the exact timeline at our Woodway Drive office, but here's what a typical ED Trifecta protocol looks like. Most men complete the entire program without missing a day of work — sessions fit between meetings, golf at Memorial Park, or school pickup in Tanglewood:
Open the Pathways
Begin with GainsWave sessions (2x/week) to break up micro-plaque and stimulate new blood vessel growth. Simultaneously start Emsella sessions (2x/week) to begin strengthening the pelvic floor. These can often be done back-to-back on the same visit — men from the Energy Corridor and Katy combine both in a single lunch break at our Woodway office.
Supercharge the New Growth
Now that GainsWave has created new blood vessel pathways and activated stem cells, the P-Shot 100 delivers its dual-action formula — exosomes that supercharge tissue regeneration through those freshly created pathways, plus a neurotoxin that immediately relaxes smooth muscle for enhanced blood flow.
Build on the Foundation
Continue GainsWave sessions to further enhance vascular growth. Some men add additional Emsella sessions during this phase for continued pelvic floor strengthening. Your provider adjusts the protocol based on your response.
Your Body Continues Improving
The regenerative effects of the P-Shot and the angiogenesis from GainsWave continue working for 3-6 months after your last session. Most men report progressive improvement during this period. Your provider will schedule a follow-up evaluation to assess results and discuss maintenance if desired.
