How to Use
Place one strip on your tongue and press it to the roof of your mouth. Allow to dissolve for 1–2 minutes. Do not rub with your tongue or swallow during this time. Take 1 strip daily.
A 12-week cycle is optimal. Take a 4–6 week break then restart as needed.
