A built-in thermal sensor continuously monitors skin temperature, ensuring the dermis reaches the precise 42-45°C threshold that triggers both immediate collagen contraction and long-term neocollagenesis (new collagen production). During Treatment
A conductive gel is applied and the ThermiSmooth handpiece glides across the treatment area in circular motions. You'll feel comfortable warmth — like a warm stone massage. The built-in sensor ensures temperature never exceeds the therapeutic range. Sessions take 30-45 minutes depending on the treatment area. Clients from Sugar Land and Katy combine ThermiSmooth with other Ovation treatments in a single visit to minimize driving time.
After Treatment
Mild redness and warmth may be present for a few hours — similar to mild sun exposure. There's no downtime. Clients return to all normal activities immediately. We recommend good hydration and sunscreen on treated areas.
