How to Use

One strip daily, 5 days on / 2 days off. Place under tongue, allow to dissolve for 1–2 minutes. Best taken in the morning or 30 minutes before training.
An 8–12 week protocol is recommended — metabolic adaptation is gradual.
Place one strip on your tongue and press it to the roof of your mouth. Allow to dissolve for 1–2 minutes. Do not rub with your tongue or swallow during this time. No water required.
