About Ultratrutide™

Available at Ovation Med Spa in Houston's Uptown Galleria district — at 4801 Woodway Dr, Suite 150W, Houston, TX 77056. We serve clients from River Oaks, Tanglewood, Memorial, West University, Bellaire, the Heights, and across the greater Houston area.

Key Benefits

  • Quad-receptor: GLP-1, GIP, Glucagon, and GHS-R1a (ghrelin fragment)
  • GHS-R1a preserves lean muscle and facial volume via pulsatile GH release
  • Normalized gastric motility — addresses nausea from GLP-1 injectables
  • Glucagon pathway increases energy expenditure at rest
  • Daily sublingual strip — no injections, no refrigeration required

How to Use

One strip daily under the tongue. Allow to dissolve for 1–2 minutes. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes prior. Use under clinical supervision.
Minimum 12-week supervised protocol recommended. Consult your Ovation provider.
Place one strip on your tongue and press it to the roof of your mouth. Allow to dissolve for 1–2 minutes. Do not rub with your tongue or swallow during this time. No water required.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is Ultratrutide™ different from Semaglutide or Tirzepatide?
Semaglutide targets one receptor (GLP-1). Tirzepatide targets two. Both require weekly injections and are associated with GI side effects and muscle loss. Ultratrutide™ adds glucagon for energy expenditure and GHS-R1a for muscle preservation and normalized gastric motility. Daily sublingual strip. No needles, no refrigeration. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Not a prescription medication.
What does the GHS-R1a pathway do?
The GHS-R1a partial agonist targets ghrelin receptors in the gastric wall and pituitary gland. It normalizes gastric motility and triggers pulsatile growth hormone release to preserve lean muscle and facial volume. Does not cross the blood-brain barrier. Does not increase central hunger. Individual results vary.
Is Ultratrutide™ a prescription GLP-1 medication?
No. It is a peptide supplement available under clinical supervision. Not a prescription GLP-1 agonist. Not FDA-approved for weight loss. Not a substitute for Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, or Zepbound®. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
Who is the ideal candidate?
Clients who want advanced multi-receptor metabolic support without needles, those who have struggled with GI side effects or muscle loss on GLP-1 injectables, and those prioritizing body composition alongside metabolic support. Not appropriate for those on prescription GLP-1 medications without explicit physician approval. Consult your Ovation provider.

The Fourth Receptor — What Sets Ultratrutide™ Apart
GHS-R1a: The Ghrelin Pathway
Traditional GLP-1 injectables have two well-documented failure points: gastrointestinal discomfort that causes discontinuation, and lean muscle loss (including facial volume depletion) from rapid weight reduction. The GHS-R1a peripherally-restricted ghrelin fragment directly addresses both — normalizing gastric motility to eliminate the nausea that stops people from continuing, and triggering pulsatile growth hormone release to signal the body to preferentially burn fat while protecting lean muscle and facial volume. Because it is peripherally restricted, it does not cross the blood-brain barrier and does not increase central hunger signals. Delivered as a daily sublingual strip dissolving in 1–2 minutes. No needles. No refrigeration.*
