How to Use
One strip daily, 5 days on / 2 days off. Place under tongue, dissolve for 1–2 minutes. Consistent daily use recommended for cumulative benefit.
An 8–12 week protocol is typical for surface-level beauty changes; deeper repair may develop over longer use.
Place one strip on your tongue and press it to the roof of your mouth. Allow to dissolve for 1–2 minutes. Do not rub with your tongue or swallow during this time. No water required.
