Your Pelvic Floor
Supports Everything.
It's Time to Support It.
The pelvic floor is a group of muscles you probably don't think about — until they stop working properly. These muscles support your bladder, uterus, and rectum. They control urinary continence. They provide vaginal tone and sensation. They stabilize your core. When they weaken — from childbirth, aging, hormonal changes, chronic coughing, or heavy lifting — the effects cascade: incontinence, laxity, reduced sensation, lower back pain, and diminished core stability. EMSELLA rebuilds pelvic floor strength to levels impossible through voluntary exercise. Confidential treatment, fully clothed. Houston's Galleria/Uptown.
One Muscle Group.
Everything Depends on It.
The pelvic floor consists of the pubococcygeus, iliococcygeus, coccygeus, and associated muscles forming a 'hammock' from the pubic bone to the tailbone. These muscles support pelvic organs, control urinary and fecal continence, contribute to sexual function, and stabilize the pelvis and spine.
Weakening causes include vaginal delivery (stretching and sometimes tearing muscle fibers), aging and hormonal decline (especially estrogen loss), chronic increased abdominal pressure (obesity, chronic cough, heavy lifting), and high-impact exercise without proper pelvic floor engagement.
The Kegel gap: Kegel exercises target the right muscles but most women perform them incorrectly (studies show up to 50% use the wrong muscle group), at insufficient intensity, and inconsistently. Even when done perfectly, voluntary contractions can't reach the supramaximal threshold needed to rebuild significantly weakened muscles.
EMSELLA delivers 11,200 supramaximal contractions per session — reaching intensity levels impossible through voluntary exercise. It contracts the correct muscles every time, at the right intensity, for 28 minutes. No exercise program can replicate this.
11,200 Perfect Contractions.
28 Minutes. Fully Clothed.
